New TRX Classes and Times!

Starting the week of May 23rd we are adding 2 new class options to the TRX schedule! Join us on Tuesday at 7:15 am for TRX Body Blast with Bibsy or stop by for TRX Boot Camp with Nicki a few hours later at 9:30 am. Then Wednesday Bibsy will introduce you all to TRX Cardio Blast at 6:00 pm. This new offering will keep your heart rate pumping with moves set to an uptempo soundtrack and help you burn extra calories while you build muscle. Thursday Bibsy is back with TRX Body Blast at 9:30 am.

As always, please remember to sign up online at least 4 hours in advance and wear indoor sneakers. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Tuesdays 7:15 - 8:15 am: TRX Body Blast with Bibsy
Tuesdays 9:30 - 10:30 am: TRX Boot Camp with Nicki
Wednesday 6:00 - 7:00 pm: TRX Cardio Blast with Bibsy

Tuesday TRX Moves To 10:45

Due to feedback we have moved the Tuesday morning class to an earlier time slot. Starting this Tuesday (5-17-11) class will run from 10:45 am to 11:45 am. If you'd like to check out all the group classes we offer or sign up, visit our online schedule. We're working on adding some other class times too, so stay tuned!

Our Shiny New Website!

Welcome our newly redesigned website! A few things to check out:
  • There’s a fun new menu on the left hand side that contains all the useful information we’ve always had plus a great deal more! Clicking on any of the buttons under PTI programs expands that section so you can find just the page you’re looking for.
  • Find the Wonderbarre class schedule by clicking the Wonderbarre button also in the left hand navigation menu.
  • Even if you’re only a senior in high school, check out our Senior Wellness Page; we’ve posted a brand new video staring PTI’s own Wendell Sykes!
  • You can now “Like” our Facebook page directly from this site! Scroll down to the bottom of the window for the link.
