Home Exersices and Handouts

Thanks to everyone who joined us this past Thursday for "Resistance Bands for Strength and Mobility" at Emerson Hospital and many thanks to the great folks at Antaeus who invited us to speak at their retirement seminar. We're working on getting the home exercises we talked about up on the web, http://personaltraininginternational.net/new/homefit.html (you can also get to this page by clicking on "Personal Training" in the left hand navigation menu and going to the General Info page). Check back all this week as we'll update it with more of the exercises you saw in class and some extras as well! Hopefully in the near future we can even get some animations on there so you can visualize the whole movement.

And if you'd like a copy our our seminar handout about staying fit after retirement you can find the PDF version at http://personaltraininginternational.net/new/fitnessafterretirement.pdf

Thanks again to all who joined us, we look forward to doing a lot more things out in the community soon!
